To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are generally not granted in the following situations:

• If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
• If the account has been banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• For any free credits or promotional credits granted by RookiePoly.

For one-time purchases of Inspiration Credits (Credit Packs), refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused credits.

Example: If you purchased 10,000 credits for $10.00 and have used 5,000 credits, the refund amount will be $5.00.

Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Alipay) may be non-refundable depending on their policies.

Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) often include bonus credits or discounts compared to standard Credit Packs. Therefore, refunds for subscriptions are calculated differently to ensure fairness.

When a subscription is refunded, the usage is recalculated based on the Standard Unit Price of credits (the price without subscription discount), and this value is deducted from the refund amount.

Standard Unit Price: Based on the smallest credit pack rate (approx. $0.01 per 100 credits).

Example:

• You paid $20.00 for a Monthly Subscription (2,500 credits).
• The Standard Unit Price is $0.01 per credit (hypothetical).
• You used 1,000 credits.
• Value of used credits = 1,000 × $0.01 = $10.00.
• Refund Amount = $20.00 - $10.00 = $10.00.

Important: If your usage value exceeds the subscription payment amount (e.g., you used 2,200 credits worth $22.00), no refund will be issued.

Upon processing a refund for a subscription, any remaining credits associated with that subscription will be removed, and any subscription benefits (such as credit rollover or validity extension) will be forfeited immediately.
